   Treat Diana as Charles's wife, regardless of whether she is alive or dead. She was the mother of his children, and that (the "genes") is what matters in GENEalogy.

   yes example: m. 1980
   Charles W. Baker/ Dianna Niles Baker d. 2000

   always make the letter lower case followed by an period.

   m. Married
   d. Died
   b. Birth….etc

   Marriages should be dated and numbered.

   m. (1) date, Diana's full name as it appears on her birth certificate, daughter of ?? & ??, dates & places of birth & death and date of the divorce.
   (2) date, Camilla's full name as it appears on her birth certificate, daughter of ?? & ??, dates and places of birth.

   Women should never be listed under their married name(s) on a family tree. If the maiden name is unknown, list it as Unknown.

   Dates can be confusing.
   The easiest way is to list the number of the day, the name (no abbreviations) of the month, the number of the year; ex: 4 July 1776.
   Children should be listed in order of their birth, under the mothers name or below the marriage(s).
   Children of Charles and Diana;
   1. full name, date and place of birth
   2. full name, date and place of birth

   Do not list anyone with their title, as titles do not appear on birth certificates.
